Starting on Blackpool Promenade outside Blackpool Tower head south on the Promenade (A584) towards Blackpool South Shore going straight through the first set of traffic lights after the Tower.
Go straight through the next set of traffic lights at central pier.
You will then pass Blackpool Pleasure Beach on the left.
At the next set of traffic lights bear right onto Clifton Drive North (A584), you will pass Pontins on your left. At this point you have just left Blackpool and are entering St Annes.
Continue straight down Clifton Drive North (A584) for 1 mile going through one set of traffic lights until you come to the next set of the traffic lights with the Admiral Pub on your right.
Go straight through these light and turn into the next road on your left, which is Wood Street.
Go to the end of Wood Street and turn right.
You are now on St Andrews Road South.
Go down St Andrews Road South for approximately 150 yards and you will see the St Annes Fish Restaurant on the left-hand side of the road.

The total distance from Lytham Town Centre to the St Annes Fish Restaurant is 3.7 miles. The directions are:

Starting at Clifton Street in Lytham Town Centre head towards Queen Street which is on the left.
Leave Clifton Street and turn left into Queen Street.
At the end of Queen Street turn right onto Central Beach (A584) which after approximately 1 mile becomes Clifton Drive South.
Continue on this road until you come to a mini roundabout, go straight across the roundabout.
After travelling 3 miles on the A584, Clifton Drive South from Lytham, you will come to St Annes Town Centre.
Just before the traffic lights that take you into St Annes Town Centre turn right into Wood Street
Go to the end of Wood Street and turn right.
You are now on St Andrews Road South.
Go down St Andrews Road South for approximately 150 yards and you will see the St Annes Fish Restaurant on the left-hand side of the road.

At the end of the M55 continue forward onto the A5230, signposted Southshore
Continue on this road entering Blackpool
At the roundabout take the third exit, onto Progress Way (A5230) signposted Lytham St Annes
At the traffic lights continue forward.
At the next set of traffic lights continue forward agaiin, onto Squire Gate Lane (A5230)
At the end of this road turn left onto Clifton Drive North(A584)
You will now pass Pontin on your left where you are leaving Blackpool and entering Lytham St Annes
Continue on Clifton Drive North until you come to a set of traffic lights at St Annes Town Centre with the Admiral Pub on your right. Go straight through these lights and turn into the first road on your left after the lights
Go straight through these light and turn into the next road on your left, which is Wood Street.
Go to the end of Wood Street and turn right. You are now on St Andrews Road South.
