It is the first and chip shop in the area to be presented with the Seafish Friers Quality Award in 1998 and has achieved it in every year since. When you visit, you know you're only going to get the best.
Delicious, "no-nonsense" fish & chips are the order of the day, including large haddock, breaded or battered plaice, hake, halibut or scampi, as well as fantastic home made steak puddings and pies.
These can all be enjoyed either from the fantastic take out facility or at your leisure in the attractive, fully air conditioned 56 seater restaurant, with a glass of your favourite tipple from the comprehensive drinks menu, featuring wines and beers from around the world.
On your visit, you'll be enjoying high quality fare, with fish delivered fresh from Fleetwood, great staff and hygiene of the highest standard. These have helped secure the reputation the restaurant has gained since the Bellamy family (Steve and wife Susan) opened up 14 years ago.

The custom is regular and local, boosted by tourists in the summer, but Steve says: "You can't have a good reputation without good food, good staff and smart surroundings; if you haven't got a good reputation you haven't got a business".
